Unloading begins Thursday October 24th at 4:00 P.M. Team members with a wristband will have 24/7 access until Noon on Sunday at which point your equipment will be unattended. Competition cooking begins Saturday morning October 26th and meat turn in is at 12:00 P.M. for Professional Division and 2:00 P.M. for Backyard Division

Registration fee is $250.00 for Backyard Division and $400.00 for Professional Division.
